Feature requests: be specific. “Better mobile experience” is hard to act on; “the prop predictions table is unreadable on iPhone SE” is easy.

Bug reports: tell me which page, what you expected, and what actually happened. Screenshots help — for now, drop them in your message via a publicly accessible link (file uploads coming soon).

Model questions: read /methodology first — it covers calibration, inputs, and limitations. If the answer isn't there, ask here.
